A Chaffoteaux & Maury 20.000 Kcal mixed gas boiler provides hot water for the apartments S + 2 and S + 3 and a 24.000 Kcal boiler for the apartments S + 4.

ELECTRICITY :

Each apartment has a control and protection fuse box with a differential circuit breaker and bipolar circuit breakers.

  • Main entrance “French opening sliding” door of the building with fixed frame in white gloss aluminium
  • Sliding doors of stair-well in white gloss aluminium
  • Outer French windows of the living room and rooms leading to the terraces are of white gloss aluminium of the sliding type with double glazing and with P.V.C. roller blinds ( shutters.)

WINDOWS :

  • All the windows of the rooms and living rooms will be of white gloss aluminium of the sliding type with double glazing and PVC roller blinds
  • The windows of the caretaker’s and the managing agents’ premises are of white gloss aluminium of the sliding type
  • All kitchen windows are of white gloss aluminium of the “French sliding type”
  • All bathroom and toilet windows are of white gloss aluminium of the type which opens inwards on a horizontal axis.

IRONWORKS :

  • All windows and French windows at ground level have wrought iron grids for effective protection against break-ins
  • Entrance doors protected by wrought iron
  • Walls with an upper structure of the enclosure will be provided with a wrought iron grid.

WATERPROOFNESS :

Terrace : for waterproofness the DERBIGUM SP4 GRANICOLOR will be used
Under-tiling : for waterproofness the DERBIGUM SP4/mm will be used.
