The LOGEMENT starts the selling of the residence EL FOURAT in Borj Louzir

During August 2007, The LOGEMENT corporation, driven by the commercial success of the residence El Khâlil, started on the same site, the construction of 109 apartments composed all of a Living room, 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom.

At the beginning of November 2007, we sell 65 apartments of economical type. The surface vary between 62 and 80 m², the price vary between 38,000 to 50,000 dinars and all the apartments were at the ground floor, to the first one and to the 2nd floor. 

The second part, composed by apartments of social type obtained the agreement of the Ministry of the Equipment to be classified "FOPROLOS 2" and to the advantages linked to this classification.  For in to know more on these advantages to consult ours section: "Frequnetly Asked Question".
